Footwearology is collaborating with Formnext Asia Shenzhen, the best trade show for 3D printed footwear. During the next edition, which will be held from August 26-28, we will organize a mini-version of Footwearise, on the morning of the 28th. More details will follow soon.
1st International 3D Printing Footwear Awards
Nico van Enter, Founder of Footwearology, will be the chairman of the jury for the 1st International 3D Printing Footwear Awards, which will be held at Formnext Asia Shenzhen on the 27th. You can find more information and enrol in the contest here. The deadline for entries is July 31st and it is open for all 3D printing methods! You do NOT need to send in your 3D files and the IP to your designs is secured. Several sponsors are providing prices.

The awards are part of the Technology & Application Forum for the Footwear industry, where several speakers of prominent Chinese companies that either 3D print shoes, or provide 3D printing applications or materials, will be presenting their latest developments. This will take place on the 27th from 10:00 to 16:30. You can check the contents here. (English translation available soon).
